It contains Clobetasone 17-Butyrate (0.05% w/w), a moderate-potency corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching, and Gentamicin Sulfate (equivalent to 0.10% w/w Gentamicin), an aminoglycoside antibiotic that fights bacterial infections. This combination targets both the inflammation and the bacterial component of skin issues.

This cream is primarily indicated for inflamed dermatoses where bacterial infection is present or suspected. This includes conditions like infected eczema, infected dermatitis, and other corticosteroid-responsive skin conditions with secondary bacterial involvement. It helps alleviate associated symptoms such as itching, redness, and pus formation. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area once or twice daily, or as directed by a physician, gently rubbing it in. Wash hands before and after application.
